Lead the marketing operations and build team of skilled personnel to manage marketing operations
Ensure that marketing measurement drives performance review of key functions and campaigns including lead management processes and metrics, lead scoring, campaign execution and tracking, budget to pipeline and revenue, marketing automation systems and market segmentation.
Provide dependable advice and consultation to the management, leveraging marketing performance data.

We are looking for a strategic, result-oriented leader who will manage operations, Grants and finance. The Director will be a key contributor in the development and execution of the Team’s business plan, prioritizing key initiatives and implementing strategy. The Director will apply best practices and drive enhancements to all aspects of operations to ensure that services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and consistently. The Director will be actively involved in working on the Grants approvals and should have the experience in Grants proposals.The main responsibilities include:
