Requirement gathering and creating necessary documentation like BRD / FRD etc. To Create change request / enhancement documents. To create Swimlane diagrams, process flow through necessary application like MS Visio, Lucid Chart etc. Works in most phases of a project and reviews work of less experienced staff members. Performs maintenance and provides technical assistance and advice on existing software solutions.
> Collaborate with business owners, system owners, and end-users to define and prioritize requirements and system goals, and timelines.
> Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
> Create BRD, FRD documents, System Models, Flow diagram and project Charts and discuss the same with team to understand them business requirement and project plan.
> Identify additional business opportunities and requirements gathering and analysis.
> Analyze Client’s requirements and business process to determine feasibility and fulfillment.
> Creating Process flow document with project Specification and sharing along with Development team for implementation after taking signoff from stake holders.
> Creating Swim Lane Diagram and Bar Diagram with Status report along with Project and Process Chart for highlighting and sharing work area responsibility and transparency.
> Participating and documenting all release management activities to meet internal and external audit requirements.
> Reviewed all developed application functions against wireframes and BRD documents.
> Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations.
> Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology (PLM) and testing methodology/procedures
> Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
> Excellent planning and organizational skills
> Excel VBA, SQL experience
> Exposure to agile methodology and Jira.
> Experience with capacity planning
> Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
> Extensive leadership and negotiation skills
> Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
> Thorough knowledge of a business line or function area
> 6-8 + years experience as Technical Business Analyst
> Bachelor’s Degree
> Proficient with Agile/ Kanban
> Proficient MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
> Proficient with SQL
> EXCELLENT communication skills
