He commenced his career by working in agri-input, agri food and NHPs before pursuing his ambition to work for himself. Today, he is the founder of Rich Naturals Inc., which has developed a closed-loop low temperature dehydrator for preserving phytochecmicals. Co-owns hybrid vegetable and flower seed multiplication and sales business.

Nipun Krishnan is a results-driven sales professional with a robust entrepreneurial background and a proven track record of enhancing sales performance and expanding client portfolios. He excels in client acquisition, B2B sales strategies, and building lasting relationships through effective communication and digital marketing strategies. As a founding member of a startup, Nipun played a crucial role in its growth from inception to success.
Gaining extensive knowledge of the B2B international potato market, Nipun worked as a Business Development manager for a Canadian company, consistently surpassing sales targets. He was instrumental in establishing an Agritech startup, contributing to the development of a user – friendly application for farmers and agriculture drone pilots, which facilitated seamless agriculture drone service bookings.
Nipun Krishnan holds a bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from Dr. YSR Horticultural University and an MBA in Agribusiness from Symbiosis International University.
Srini Pavuluru is a supply chain professional with a well-rounded knowledge of logistics, warehousing and distribution. He has previously worked as a supply chain subject matter expert(SME) for some of the major corporations in the United States across industries including manufacturing, retail, distribution, electronics and automotive.
On moving to India in 2017 he started Green Orbit farms LLP one of India’s first commercial Hydroponic Farms that is re-defining Indian agriculture by achieving higher yields, faster growth cycles, lesser wastage, and a more quality product consistently throughout the year. Further he is also the Director India Operations for dFarm inc an Ag Supply Chain company that is working for the betterment of Farmers, Consumers and everyone in between..
Srini holds an MBA in Supply Chain and Finance from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Christ University, Bangalore.
Carmen held several leadership roles at USDA, including Acting Deputy Under Secretary for the Office of the Food Safety from August 2017 through January 2019, and FSIS Administrator from May 2018 to March 2020.
From April 2016 to August 2017, Carmen served as FSIS Deputy Administrator. In those leadership roles, Carmen executed a budget of over $1 billion, prioritizing resources and resolving disputes, advancing the Agency’s vision and goals, and leading innovative solutions to challenges in FSIS.
Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Philosophy form Hope College in Holland, Michigan, and a Juris Doctor Degree from American University’s Washington College of Law.

Venkatesh is a seasoned businessman who has worked in the fields of Information Technology, Biotechnology, and Manufacturing. He has more than three decades of experience in IT, where he has developed technologies to improve the efficiency of the healthcare industry’s outsourced services. In the field of Biotechnology, he has created an eco-friendly method for producing organic manure by composting biodegradable organic materials derived from municipal solid waste. This project, which is funded by the Asian Development Bank, will aid in resolving environmental issues while supplying high-quality organic fertilizer.
Venkatesh is also a proponent of the Minimum Viable Price (MVP) for the well-being of farmers, and he has developed a global business model that enables farmers to sell their produce using MVP without difficulty. He has developed the AIMSTM application, which provides an effective supply chain management system to support agriculture worldwide. Venkatesh believes that this model will benefit consumers by granting them access to produce of higher quality at more affordable prices and by ensuring compliance.
Venkatesh has a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from India’s Bangalore University.
Michael has over 30 years in sales, product strategy and business development experience in the Biotech/Pharma and IT industry markets. As a highly skilled sales professional, he has a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a variety of business industries. Michael possesses a unique combination of finance, sales knowledge, developing marketing niches, using strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills to build and develop clients in the US and globally.
As an experienced business entrepreneur, Michael has worked in fast paced environments, directed and managed new start-up companies that achieved their sales targets. Michael has sold to large customer accounts and closed many complex sale contracts. Michael has successfully built sales teams, implemented sales strategies, developed mentor and sales training programs, including successfully launching many technical products.
Michael received his BA in Business Administration from Michigan State University and an MBA from University of Michigan.
Since 2014, Bhaskar has collaborated with dFarm on business research pertaining to produce data analytics, forecasting, supplies, and demand.
He has also collaborated with the technical team on technology analysis, the development of swim lane processes, and a comprehensive understanding of the AIMS workflow. He is testing the beta version of a key project expansion. Additionally, he currently provides marketing team and consultants with technical marketing support.
Bhaskar received his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University, and he is currently pursuing his MBA.
Prasanna is the principal front-end developer, designs, and develops user interfaces for Web and mobile applications. He has a decade of experience in the IT industry, including design, development, and implementation of numerous web application projects utilizing Angular, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and Ionic (mobile) frameworks. Has extensive knowledge of all phases of the Software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and solution testing.
He leads the UI team for the dFarm® for AIMSTM project, and his principal responsibilities will include: an exhaustive comprehension of the project’s workflow, creating web and mobile user interfaces that are friendly to users, code optimization that increases the application’s performance, using multiple test cases to eliminate errors.
Prasanna has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University Kingsville.
Manjunath was born into a family of farmers, so he can empathize with their daily struggles and understand their pain. From coding to software product architecture, he has over 13 years of experience in information technology. He has a strong background in the Banking and Securities industry.
He spent the last decade working for Wipro technologies. Currently, he is working on the AIMS application and educating the world on the importance of Blockchain and the AIMS application to the agricultural industry.
Manjunath earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Rashtreeya Vidyalaya College of Engineering in Bangalore, India.
