Yellows & Greens and dFarm Partner to Build Global Frozen Food Business
For Immediate Release
Partnership pairs Y&G's farm sourcing, processing and cold-chain operations with dFarm's AIMS™ platform to digitize India's frozen fruit and vegetable value chain, targeting USD 7–8 million in revenue in 2027.
BENGALURU, India — July 3, 2026 — Yellows & Greens Agri Fresh Private Limited (“Y&G”) and Vennar Digital Farm Private Limited (“dFarm”) today announced a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop and market frozen fruits, frozen vegetables, fruit and vegetable purées, and other value-added food products for domestic and international markets.
Under the partnership, Y&G will lead farmer sourcing, procurement, processing, manufacturing, quality assurance, and cold-chain operations. dFarm will provide its AIMS™ (Agriculture Information Management System) platform — a blockchain-powered, SaaS-based Distributed ERP — for farmer produce tracking, digital traceability, compliance, sales, marketing, exports, and global business development.
The collaboration is designed to build an integrated farm-to-market value chain that improves farmer incomes, reduces post-harvest losses, strengthens supply chain transparency, and expands exports of Indian horticultural products. By combining Y&G's manufacturing and cold-chain expertise with dFarm's digital infrastructure, the partners aim to give Indian growers greater access to global frozen food markets while giving international buyers verified, farm-to-pack traceability.
The partners have set an initial business target of USD 7–8 million in revenue during 2027 from sales of frozen fruits, frozen vegetables, and fruit and vegetable purées, with a minimum annual revenue growth target of 20 percent from the second year onward.
“Together, Yellows & Greens and dFarm are committed to transforming agriculture into a technology-driven, market-led and globally connected ecosystem—creating lasting value for farmers, customers and the entire horticulture industry.” — Vijay Noti, Yellows & Greens Agri Fresh Private Limited
“Our mission has always been to improve farmers' livelihoods through technology and market access. Together with Yellows & Greens, we are building a digitally connected value chain that brings complete traceability, compliance, and transparency from farm to global consumers. This collaboration will help reduce post-harvest losses, create new export opportunities, and deliver higher returns to Indian farmers.” — Venkatesh Babu Vadlamudi, CEO, dFarm Inc.
Both companies believe the partnership will combine manufacturing excellence with digital technology and global market access to build a competitive frozen food business — creating sustainable value for farmers, customers, and the Indian food processing industry.
